We want you to love your new website. If the first version isn't what you envisioned, we'll work with you through the revision rounds included in your package to get it right. If we're still not on the right track, you can cancel your project before final approval and receive a refund, less the applicable project setup fee. Once you approve your website for launch, the project is complete and the package payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel before Poinky begins substantive project-specific work — designing, building, or writing content for your website — you may request a full refund. Receiving an order, processing payment, sending a confirmation, or sending onboarding instructions does not by itself mean substantive work has begun.
Every Poinky website package includes revision rounds so we can refine the design together. A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable feedback and changes. You can request multiple text, image, layout, or content changes together — it is not limited to a single edit.
Launch packages include 1 revision round. Professional packages include 2 revision rounds. Business+ packages include 3 revision rounds.
If you choose to cancel after substantive work has begun but before final approval, a project setup fee applies. This fee covers work already performed: design, development, content, configuration, and project administration.

Once you approve your website for launch or your website goes live with your authorization, the website project is complete and the package payment is non-refundable. We take approval seriously because it means we have delivered what you asked for, and your site is ready for the world.
If a project is canceled and a refund is issued, ownership of unfinished website materials — designs, code, custom copy, graphics, concepts, and development work — remains with Poinky. Materials you originally provided, such as your logo, photos, copy, business information, and trademarks, remain yours.
The principle is straightforward: if Poinky refunds the project, the unfinished work does not transfer.
If Poinky determines it cannot reasonably complete the purchased website service, Poinky will work with you to provide an appropriate refund. The project setup fee does not automatically apply when Poinky is unable to fulfill the service.
SiteCare subscription cancellation is separate from website project cancellation. After any included SiteCare period, customers on a paid SiteCare subscription can cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
This Satisfaction Promise applies to Poinky's productized website packages: Launch, Professional, and Business+. Custom software, SaaS development, or large custom projects may use separate proposals, contracts, and terms.
Effective August 2026. Poinky may update this Satisfaction Promise periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
