Yes. If you already own a domain, we can connect your new website to it. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you get set up. Domain registration is separate from your website package.

SiteCare is Poinky’s managed website membership. It includes premium hosting, SSL security, daily backups, security monitoring, software updates, unlimited routine content updates, and support. Your first 12 months are included with eligible website packages.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Your website package includes design, development, and 12 months of SiteCare. If anything falls outside your package scope, we’ll discuss it with you and get your approval before any additional cost.

If you want to personally log in and extensively modify your site’s design, install your own software or add-ons, or manage the underlying technology yourself, our standard website packages may not be the best fit.
